Collaborations: 66 Arquitectos

The project, launched in 2018 with the collaboration of our Chilean partners of “66 Arquitectos”, involves the construction of a new building in the center of Santiago. The property will house the spaces of the association that owns the area, some stores and about 80 apartments distributed in ten floors and developed along the length of the building lot.

The main facade will be characterized by the insertion of colored concrete boards and qualified by some fruit trees. These symbolize the sustainability of the intervention characterized by bioclimatic principles and by the use of energy-saving practices.
