About Us

Architecture and Creativity for new

We are a multidisciplinary team that integrates architecture and engineering, guiding the development of each project from its creative phase to construction. We work within a BIM environment and offer our clients proven problem-solving capabilities.

Over the past decade, the studio’s activities have diversified, with dedicated teams working on restoration (highlighting projects for several Florentine museums, the State Archive in Piacenza, and the successful recovery of the former Cotton Mill in Palermo), as well as developing projects for cultural spaces (such as the new 2,500-seat Auditorium in Castello) and sports facilities. Among the latter, notable achievements include second place in the competition for the Franchi Stadium in Florence, the Vomero Stadium in Naples, and the redesign of the Italian National Football Team’s Training Center in Coverciano.

Since 2009, Studio Lauria has expanded its reach to South America, completing projects in Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, and particularly in Brazil, where it worked on the revitalization plan for Cotijuba Island (Belém do Pará) and the restoration of the historic center in São Paulo, along with the construction of Motorola’s local office headquarters.

Since 2024, the studio has also been active in Albania, working on public projects (including the Master Plan for the Museums of Shkodra and the visitor center for the archaeological site of Bylis) as well as private commissions. Soon, the studio will engage with new projects in Lisbon, Madrid, and Barcelona.

Our ability to operate in complex scenarios, to develop innovative architectural concepts, and to work in the restoration and enhancement of built heritage has led us, over the years, to collaborate with Renzo Piano Building Workshop, Leonardo Benevolo, Zaha Hadid Architects, and Kengo Kuma.
