Studio Lauria was commissioned to restore a valuable rural building constructed in the mid- nineteenth century and located in the Umbrian countryside. The property intercepts the layout of a Roman aqueduct and will host a boutique hotel. The new function will enhance the architectural features of this ancient building by offering its guests comfortable and bright rooms.
