The dimensions of the lot, with a very reduced depth, have oriented the project towards a linear solution, characterized by the movement on the facade given by the staircases and the panels dividing the apartments. The shades of the Durres sea waves paint a palette of blue tones that move the building facade, swimmed between the coastal strip (the sea, the beach and the pine forest) and the hills. The building elevation is characterized by the transparencies of the glass facades of the apartments, especially the volumes projecting over the balconies, and by the corten slabs that cover the staircase and elevator structure.
