Studio Lauria, together with architect Alessandro D’Amico and the company Vedra Srl, won the design competition for the redevelopment and reuse of the former cotton mill in Palermo.
The estimated cost of the works is €27 million and also includes the restoration of several buildings adjacent to the factory, the construction of an underground car park and the landscaping of the area.
