On behalf of Open Plaza, Studio Lauria was commissioned the refurbishment of the Mall of Piura focusing on the common areas both indoors and outdoors. Some months later, Open Plaza asked for a master plan with which to design some new buildings in the land owned by Falabella group.
This second intervention offers the opportunity to regularize the existing buildings shapes and give unity to the main facade on which will be inserted a hotel’s tower. The expansion also includes the construction of a student residence because of the proximity to the local University.
