Cypress Tower

Studio Lauria developed the architectural design for a 16-story tower (with 4 underground parking lots) in the center of Tirana. The tower is distinguished by the presence of cypress trees on several floors, a plant emblematic of the Tuscan and Albanian landscape.
The Cypress Tower opens onto the natural scenery of Tirana Lake and offers generous terraces that, thanks to a system of sliding windows, become veritable gardens. The building’s facades feature pivoting panels made of micro-perforated sheet metal, colored in various shades of green.

On the ground floor, will be a café and a concept store, as well as the condominium entrance which, via two elevators and two staircases, serves 80 apartments of various sizes.
