Studio Lauria, together with architect Alessandro D’Amico and Vedra Srl, won the design competition for the recovery and reuse of the former cotton mill in Palermo.
The expected cost of the works is 27 million euros and also consists of the restoration of some buildings near the factory, the construction of an underground car park and the landscaping of the area.
